The Edge Financial Daily – KUALA LUMPUR: The Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) has assigned a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with MIMOS for an apprenticeship programme, Centre of Domain Expertise Acceleration (CODE8), in line with the National Higher Education National Plan (NHEP) to develop human capital in the country.
