MIMOS Berhad, the leading research and development centre in Malaysia, has achieved a significant milestone in inkjet printing technology with its Mi-GraphPrInk and Mi-AgPrInk technologies receiving the prestigious MySTI certification, under the Dana Mudahcara MySTI (DMM), recently.
Mi-GraphPrInk and Mi-AgPrInk are advanced inkjet printing inks developed by MIMOS offering superior performance and versatility, enabling applications in various fields, including electronics, sensors, and biomedicine. This certification, awarded by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI), recognises the commercial potential and innovative nature of these products. DMM offers up to RM500,000 to finance the products’ production costs.
The event was graced and launched by YB Dato’ Haji Mohammad Yusof Bin Apdal, Deputy Minister of MOSTI, who emphasised the government’s commitment to supporting local innovation by prioritising the procurement of MySTI-certified products, accelerating the market adoption of these groundbreaking technologies.
By receiving this recognition, MIMOS’ products will be prioritised in government procurement processes, boosting their visibility and market reach. This achievement solidifies MIMOS’ position as a global leader in research and development.
