KUALA LUMPUR, April 12 (Bernama) — MIMOS Bhd (MIMOS) and National Information Communications Technology Development Authority of Cambodia (NIDA) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish an ICT Research and Development Institute (CIRDI) in Cambodia.
Under the MoU, MIMOS would assist NIDA to set up CIRDI by facilitating proof-of-concept projects and providing training, study tours, guidance and mentoring to develop a research and development agenda for CIRDI, said Mimos in a statement today.
