MIMOS Berhad is actively advancing the adoption of blockchain technology through specialised workshops, demonstrating its commitment to enhancing security and transparency across critical sectors.
On 17 February 2025, MIMOS conducted two key training sessions:
- The SRF-APP Blockchain System Workshop for Custom Authorised Economic Operators (AEO) & Other Government Agencies (OGA), chaired by Mr. Azhar Abu Talib, Chief Technology Officer, MTSSB, and assisted by Mr. Norazman Mat Ali, Senior Manager, MIMOS Berhad, focused on integrating the MyGDX platform with Customs and the Blockchain AEO.
- Halal Blockchain Workshop led by Mr. Asmadi Ahmad @ Ismail, Senior Staff Researcher, MIMOS, aimed to improve understanding and gather feedback for a halal meat product logo tracking system, enhancing transparency and traceability in the halal food supply chain.
These workshops underscore MIMOS’s dedication to deploying blockchain solutions for enhanced traceability, security, and compliance across diverse industries, from customs and government agencies to the halal food sector.
