On 10 December 2024, the MIMOS Team Building Programme officially kicked off with its first cohort at Villea, Port Dickson. Under the inspiring theme, ‘We Rise, Innovate, and Shine Together, Growing Stronger and Smarter Infinitely’, this programme is designed to foster collaboration, ignite creativity and strengthen our bond as one united MIMOS family.
The participants, 70 MIMOS employees in the first out of 10 cohorts, engaged in a teambuilding and self-reflection workshop, outdoor challenges, and a collaborative game on environmental, social and governance (ESG) over the two-day, one-night stay in Port Dickson.
An AI-powered selection process ensured a diverse and inclusive cohort for a MIMOS Team Building event, with participants representing various organisational structures, grades, genders, age groups, and roles. From January 2025 through to the end of February 2025, the remaining 9 cohorts embarked on their teambuilding journey filled with fun, connection, and personal growth.
The programme fostered self-reflection and identified key leadership habits and drivers through group work and interactive activities. This empowered individuals to translate their learning into actionable steps, ultimately enhancing their communication skills and effectiveness within their teams and the organisation.
