Position Purpose & Summary:
A Control, Change Request and Contract Manager is responsible in managing, monitoring and controlling the Change Request and Contract Management as whole in NIISe Project.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the Change Request and Contract Management Workstream
- Review, advise and control the creation of contract performed by the contractor to ensure they are accurate, complete, and aligned with business goals
- Monitor and review project delivery according to the contractual scope and terms.
- Ensure the Change Request Management process are adhered to according to Change Request Management Plan.
- Monitor how the change will be implemented, getting an idea of costs and the level of impact it will have on the project will all need to be analysed and following up the action plan are well implemented by respective contractors.
- Identify, analyze, evaluate and the Change Request raised by the contractors.
- Works collaboratively with other project team, proactively engage, discuss and coordinate with project team to understand the project situation and status to make sure the CR being raised are accurate.
- Conduct and coordinate the JKPPI meeting and report risk and issue project status accordingly
Relevant Work Experience

Proven experience in managing change requests and contracts for government IT project with a minimum 10 years related experience
Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2, ITIL, TOGAF will be an added advantage
