On 30 January 2024, MIMOS had the privilege of marking yet another significant milestone in its journey towards fostering groundbreaking technological advancements. MIMOS was honoured to engage in an exploratory meeting with representatives from Universitas Mercu Buana, Jakarta, Indonesia. This meeting was particularly focused on unravelling potential avenues for research collaboration across several cutting-edge domains including Advanced Materials, Semiconductors, Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS), Sensors, and Communication Systems.
The dialogue was rich with enthusiasm and potential, as both parties shared their visions and expertise, paving the way for what promises to be a fruitful partnership that could lead to remarkable innovations in these fields. The collaboration seeks not only to leverage each institution’s strengths but also to contribute significantly to the global body of knowledge in these critical areas of technology.
Bridging Innovations
Following the productive discussions, the delegation from Universitas Mercu Buana was treated to a comprehensive tour of MIMOS’ state-of-the-art laboratories. This tour included MIMOS’ facilities dedicated to Advanced Materials, Reliability, Semiconductor and Wafer Fabrication and the Failure Analysis Lab.
Through this experience, our esteemed guests were able to witness firsthand MIMOS’ dedication to research excellence and relentless pursuit of technological innovation. The tour was not just a showcase of MIMOS’ capabilities but also a testament to MIMOS’ commitment to remaining at the forefront of scientific exploration and innovation.
