Dr Saat Shukri spearheaded his career when he joined Motorola Inc in 1995 and moved on to ON Semiconductor Inc in 1998 as the New Product Introduction Program Manager. His vast working experience included his career journey with STATSChipPAC Inc, Infineon Technologies AG, Texas Instrument Inc, and Freescale Semiconductor Inc from 2002 until 2008. In 2009, he joined the Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) as Head of Technology for Technology Evaluation and Transfer activities under the Technology Nurturing division. A year later in 2010, he was seconded to the Prime Minister’s Office as the Operation Director, Office of Science Advisor to the Malaysia Prime Minister.

He later joined MIMOS Berhad in 2010 as the Director of Research and led various collaboration programmes with local and international industries, universities and research institutions. In 2013, he led the Technology and Product Portfolio Development and Management Group where he supervised various aspects of strategic activities such as providing market intelligence, identifying technologies and products to be developed by the R&D Group as well as bringing those outputs to market. In 2016, he was tasked to lead MIMOS Strategy Office, providing the overall strategies for the company’s way forward related to Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) in line with the national strategy to position Malaysia in the top 20 countries by 2050.

In 2023, Dr Saat Shukri was appointed as Head of the Technology Venture Sector and responsible for collaboration and partnership, commercialisation and talent development efforts and initiatives. Throughout his tremendous career, he has successfully developed various new technologies, products and solutions as well as secured various intellectual properties in the field which qualified him to be included in the 16th Edition MARQUIS’ Who’s Who In The World.

In 1999, Abdul Rashdee joined MIMOS, a leading applied research and development institution in Malaysia. He has made substantial contributions to the organisation, steadily progressing through different roles. Throughout his tenure, Abdul Rashdee has excelled in finance, strategic management, and corporate services.

Abdul Rashdee currently serves as the Head of the Governance Sector, where he supervises essential functions including Finance, Shared Services, Procurement, Human Capital, Corporate Communications, Facilities, IT Operations, Project Management Office, Operations and Method, and Business Continuity Management.

In addition to his role as sector head, Abdul Rashdee also holds the crucial role of Chief Risk Officer. He serves as the Chairman of the MIMOS Procurement Planning Committee, playing a vital part in steering strategic decisions and enhancing procurement excellence within the organisation.

Abdul Rashdee Abdul Kadir's professional journey exemplifies a commitment to continuous learning, strategic leadership, and a holistic approach to corporate governance. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in shaping MIMOS into a dynamic and forward-thinking institution in the field of research and development.

In his current role as the Acting Head of the Techno Venture Sector, Ramesh plays a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation. He provides strategic leadership by guiding the sector’s overall direction to ensure alignment with the MIMOS Strategic Transformation Plan 2023-2030. His vision and strategic insights have been instrumental in expanding the sector's reach and impact, with a strong focus on viable commercial activities and sustainable technopreneurship.

Ramesh’s responsibilities extend to overseeing the development and implementation of innovative technologies and solutions that not only meet current market demands but also anticipate future trends. His proactive approach to fostering an environment of innovation and growth is evident in his collaboration with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and research institutions. Through these partnerships, he cultivates a network that drives progress and excellence.

Operational excellence is a cornerstone of Ramesh’s leadership. He ensures that all operations within the Techno Venture Sector are conducted efficiently and effectively, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. His dedication to operational integrity ensures that the sector remains at the forefront of technological advancements and industry standards.

Ramesh Kumar Nadarajah’s leadership is characterised by a strong commitment to sustainable technopreneurship and a strategic approach to commercial viability. His efforts have been crucial in positioning the Techno Venture Sector as a leader in supporting industry growth. With a proven track record of driving innovation and fostering collaboration, Ramesh continues to contribute significantly to the advancement of technology and the legal sectors, reinforcing his status as an influential figure in his field.

Dr Pannirselvam returned to Malaysia from the USA under the Brain Gain programme and joined MIMOS Berhad in 2008. His most recent position was as the Division Head for Advanced Electronics & Embedded Systems. Prior to that, he was the Department Head for Wireless Communication & Sensor Technology, where he led the development of cutting-edge IoT, embedded AI, and sensor technologies to support local industries and government initiatives. He secured over RM 60 million in funding for various projects under the RMK-11 and RMK-12 programmes. Under his leadership, his team's contributions include the development of a Gigabit Wireless Mesh Device, a VHF Long Range Communication Device, an Off-Grid Communication Device, and several IoT systems for smart buildings and manufacturing.

Dr. Pannirselvam received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas in 1993, followed by an M.Sc. in 1995, and a Ph.D. with honours in 2002 from the same institution. His academic excellence was recognised with a competitive NASA Fellowship in 1998 and the University of Kansas Graduate School’s Haglund Prize for outstanding dissertation in 2003. He also held positions as a Research Professor at the University of Kansas, contributing significantly to NASA and NSF's Cryospheric Science programmes by designing airborne radar systems for measuring glacial ice thickness and observing internal ice structures.

Dr. Pannirselvam's patents include innovations in radar systems and antenna technology. His scholarly work is published in prestigious journals like Science and IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing. His collaborations span globally recognised institutions, including NASA, India Institute of Technology Madras, the Niels Bohr Institute, Antarctic Climate and Ecosystems CRC, Australia and the Centro de Estudios Cientificos, Chile. His work continues to advance the understanding of climate change and the development of smart, sustainable technologies

He led the commercialization team, which comprised personnel in various disciplines, since its establishment, before assuming the CEO position in February 2016.
Prior to MIMOS BERHAD, he spent more than 13 years in the telecommunication industry, working in various capacities at Motorola, Ericsson, Siemens and local Companies. He served several roles in engineering as well as commercial discipline, ranging from Product Management, Technical Consultant, Solution Consultant and Product Marketing.
Leading the commercialization activities of MIMOS’ subsidiary, Faisal has secured more than 100 ICT Solutions and High Impact Projects at National level valued around RM430 million, with mixtures of more than 100 different types of MIMOS technology platforms and IPs.

Mirza's journey with MIMOS Berhad began in July 2012. His responsibilities included providing strategic insights for the MIMOS-IET initiative and overseeing various strategic activities to identify technologies and viable products for development by MIMOS' design group. His keen vision and leadership have been instrumental in steering the organisation towards innovation and excellence.

Mirza holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He commenced his corporate career at Motorola Solutions, where he worked from 1995 to 2000. During his tenure, he earned the prestigious Motorola Penang High Achiever Award in 1998. Mirza's career trajectory also includes a significant stint at Ericsson, before he returned to Motorola Solutions in February 2002, further honing his expertise and leadership skills.

With a rich background in both engineering and strategic leadership, Encik Mohd Mirza Mohd Noor continues to drive My Digital ID Sdn Bhd towards achieving its vision of a secure and efficient national digital identity infrastructure. His contributions are pivotal in shaping the future of digital identification and transaction security in Malaysia.

Throughout his tenure at MIMOS, Fauzi has driven groundbreaking advancements. He led the development of the REEV motorcycle, the Netbook 1Malaysia programme, and the Wireless Sensor Network for Precision Agriculture, all of which have had a significant impact on their respective fields. His visionary leadership earned the Design team international acclaim, being named the 3rd Most Innovative Design Studio in the world by Red Dot Germany in 2014.

In his current role as CEO of MSSB, Fauzi has been instrumental in steering the company's transformation towards profitability and self-sustainability. He has strategically focused on the commercialisation of MIMOS products and technologies, enhancing services, and championing future-proof initiatives in decarbonisation, energy efficiency, and Managed Services. Under his leadership, MSSB is not only advancing technological innovation but also contributing to a sustainable future.

Fauzi Yahaya's impressive career is marked by his unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation. His strategic vision and leadership continue to propel MIMOS to new heights, solidifying its position as a leader in technology and sustainable solutions.
