NATIONAL R&D centre in ICT, (Mimos) and the National Information Communications Technology Development Authority (NiDA) of Cambodia, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) for establishing Cambodian ICT Research and Development Institute (CIRDI) last week.
