iComm system to enhance living standards and security of residents, Najib says

PEKAN, Jan 23 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak today launched the pioneer project, Smart Community Infrastructure System (iComm), in Kampung Padang Rumbia to raise the standard of living and security of the people, especially in the rural areas.
