MIMOS Team B secured the 1st Runner-Up position at the second MOSTI Futsal Piala Pusingan STI championship held in June 2024 at KSL Puchong, Selangor. The finals were launched by YBhg. Datuk Wira Dr Hj. Rais Hussin, President and Chief Executive Officer of MRANTI, along with YBrs. Mr Abdullah bin Daud, Secretary of the Culture and Services Division of STI MOSTI.
Organised by MRANTI, this installation saw MIMOS Team A and Team B competing against 22 teams in the men’s category to vie for the coveted Piala Pusingan STI championship title. The competition featured representatives from various agencies, including CRADLE, KIMIA, MTDC, MRANTI, MIGHT, and MYSA, to name a few.
In addition to their runner-up finish, MIMOS was also recognised as the top scorer with an impressive 13 goals. Each team that participated trained diligently for two months leading up to the finals, showcasing their dedication and commitment to excellence. This remarkable achievement not only highlights the skill and teamwork of MIMOS Team A & Team B but also underscores the spirit of camaraderie and competitive spirit within the organisations.
