Position Purpose & Summary:
The main job purpose To monitor, report and advise the project management of the National Immigration Command Centre (NICC) and Security Management Workstream to superiors and the Government
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- To abide the confidential agreements and not to engage activities that may compromise the confidentiality.
- To understand and abide the processes of project management especially in the Government sector.
- To monitor closely the status of project and to analyse issues and risks as far as the tasks and timeline is concern.
- To understand and familiarize multiple contract documents.
- To attend meetings and document all essential information in a report for the immediate superior.
- To participate by giving opinions, suggestions, questions and clarifications in discussions.
- To assist other Workstream or Tower if required by immediate superior.
- To review deliverables and documents by Contractors and to complete within a specified period.
- Continuously monitor the status and progress of DC & DRC activities executed by contractors.
- To prepare detailed monthly technical reports covering status and progress of DC & DRC projects, issues and challenges encountered, performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Command Centre Management or Technical Project Management related to Command Centre deployment or management.
- Experience in the setup of Command Centre
- Experience with government-related IT projects is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent

- Possess problem-solving skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and operating network, security and computing devices.
- Proficiency in Malay and English, both written and spoken.
