MIMOS Berhad, in collaboration with Silvaco, conducted a two-day comprehensive training programme on ‘Utmost Spice Model Extraction and Optimisation’ from 15 to 16 October 2024. The fully sponsored intensive workshop aimed to equip engineers and researchers with the necessary skills to utilise Silvaco’s powerful simulation tools effectively.
Participants explored practical applications of Silvaco’s tools in designing and optimising complex integrated circuits, and gained hands-on experience in extracting accurate and reliable device models from measurement data.
