Job Purpose
To provide vital support for the seamless operation of the Internal Affairs department within the CEO’s Office, ensuring effective management and coordination of day-to-day activities. This role involves a diverse range of tasks such as administrative support, confidential information management, meeting coordination, internal communication facilitation, and contribution to process improvement initiatives. Additionally, overseeing the management of social media content for the CEO’s Office will help ensure consistent, professional engagement with stakeholders across various platforms.
By efficiently handling these responsibilities, this role supports the CEO’s strategic objectives, enhances operational effectiveness, and promotes a collaborative work environment. The position is critical in ensuring both the smooth flow of information and the successful execution of key projects and initiatives within the CEO’s Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Internal Affairs Manager, including managing schedules, maintaining organized files, drafting communications, and handling general inquiries.Proactively anticipate administrative needs and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of deliverables.
- Confidential Information Management: Exercise utmost discretion in managing highly sensitive and confidential information, including personnel records, financial data, and strategic plans. Ensure that all sensitive documents are securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel.
- Meeting Coordination: Manage the scheduling and coordination of MEXCO, ESLT meetings, including securing appropriate venues, sending timely invitations, preparing agendas, and facilitating discussions. Take detailed minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up on key action items to support effective decision-making.
- Internal Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison to foster communication between departments, encouraging collaboration and transparency. Organize and support internal team-building activities and initiatives that promote a positive and productive work culture within the organization.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements within the CEO’s Office by gathering feedback from team members and stakeholders. Support the development and implementation of new workflows that enhance efficiency and streamline internal processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and management of social media content for the CEO’s Office across all platforms. Stay on top of trending topics and integrate relevant content into social media strategies. Ensure cross-platform content integration and consistency in messaging, while monitoring analytics and providing regular performance reports to inform future strategy.

- Degree (minimum)
Relevant Work Experience
- < 5 Years in R&D / Admin / Marketing / E&E / IOT / ICT Solutions
- At least 2 years experience in managing social media contents
