During the first week of July, MIMOS Berhad had the pleasure of hosting visits from six local and international universities, the Institute of Informatics and Computing in Energy (IICE) UNITEN, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, First City University College, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Naif Arab University for Security Sciences, and the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) Kingdom of Morocco, who were eager to gain insights into our expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information and Communications Technology (ICT) research, and industrial design.
The visits included various activities designed to provide students and academics with a comprehensive understanding of MIMOS’ work. Our experts shared their insights on the latest trends and developments in AI, ICT, and industrial design; visitors had the opportunity to explore our state-of-the-art research facilities and witness firsthand the cutting-edge work being done at MIMOS, and discussions were held on the challenges and opportunities facing the technology industry today.
By participating in these activities, students and academics gained valuable hands-on experience with MIMOS’ research facilities and equipment. They also had the chance to network with MIMOS researchers and experts, fostering knowledge exchange and innovation. Overall, these visits were a great success in bridging the gap between academia and industry.
