Position Purpose & Summary:
The Senior Analyst drives the strategic planning process through comprehensive research, analysis, and contribution to strategic initiatives.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducts rigorous market analysis
Perform thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for innovation. - Drives stakeholder engagement efforts
Coordinate and lead stakeholder meetings, including discussions with industry partners, government agencies, and internal teams. - Shapes project prioritization strategies
Evaluate and prioritize R&D projects based on strategic goals, market demand, and potential impact. - Leads proposal development efforts
Lead the development and preparation of proposals for new R&D projects and funding opportunities. - Oversees performance monitoring activities
Implement and manage performance monitoring systems to track the progress and impact of R&D projects. - Manages risk mitigation initiatives
Identify and assess potential risks associated with R&D projects and strategic initiatives.
Potential KPIs:
- Number of comprehensive market analysis reports produced.
- Number of stakeholder meetings conducted.
- Timeliness of performance monitoring reports.
Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in research analysis or strategic planning.
