Tourism Malaysia conducted a comprehensive visit to MIMOS’ Digital Government Lab, with a particular emphasis on immersing in the Big Data Analytics (BDA) section, along with exploration of other pertinent labs.

The focus lay on garnering insights to fortify the development of Tourism Malaysia’s operational nerve centre, commonly known as the Ops Room.
By tapping into MIMOS’ cutting-edge knowledge and resources, the visit sought to synergise efforts and enhance the effectiveness of Tourism Malaysia’s operational infrastructure, ultimately contributing to the elevation of its capabilities in a dynamic and competitive environment
