Internet of Things (IoT)- Start Up

Introduction to the Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem and technologies related to it. Participants to be equipped with hands-on experience in the development process of the IoT application with data visualisation.

Video Analytics for Smart Surveillance Technology

Introduction to the fundamentals of image and video analysis; key concepts of video surveillance system and video analytic; algorithms to problems in image and video processing; and the methodology required for the implementation. The course also exposes participants to real business applications through case studies.

Practical Approaches for Effective Software Quality Management Implementation

Provide knowledge in establishing an effective Quality Assurance framework that fulfils fundamentals of Software Quality concepts, process models, and standards while balancing the practical needs of an organisation. This will assist in defining and tailoring software engineering life cycles and processes aligning with project engagement model.

Introduction to Cryptography Training

Introduction to the cryptographic primitives and their design rationale as well as its applications to secure ICT systems.

Mobile Security Training

Practical overviews of architecture and design principles, along with best practices as applicable in hi-security mobile systems.

Fintech Security Training

Identify and specify cryptographic mechanisms and their respective services as well as understand the roles and assurances of cryptographic mechanisms when applying to Fintech applications.

Task Automation with Python Scripting

Introduction to the concept of task automation which can be used for daily or software development tasks, and uses python scripting as automation scripting language. Participants will also learn DevOps, an overall concept of automation in software development, deployment, and maintenance.

Hands-on Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Introduction to the proper software development lifecycle. It covers two major SDLC methodologies which are waterfall and agile. Participants will learn from actual software project experience.

Application Development in MS .Net environment

Introduction to the whole chain of processes and tools to develop various types of applications running in the Microsoft technology environment.

Six Sigma Yellow Belt

An introduction to the key basics and problem-solving methodology of Six Sigma which serves as fundamental to explain what and how Six Sigma is applied. One of the skills to be developed is the ability to identify critical factors for project success.

Six Sigma Green Belt

Develop Green Belt competencies that are required to address problems originated from business operations. It focuses on the application of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and related Quality / Statistical tools to ensure defined problems are resolved and improvement project goal is sustainable.

Six Sigma Black Belt

Develop Black Belt competencies that are required to address critical problems originated from business operations. It focuses on the application of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and related Quality / Statistical tools to ensure defined problems are resolved and improvement project goal is sustainable.

Process Capability Analysis

Develop competencies that are required to conduct a process capability study. This concentrates on steps which include statistical analysis and results interpretation for a continuous variable (Normal vs Non-Normal) and attribute data. The goal is to train participants to be proficient in assessing the capability of a process that is performing.

Measurement System Analysis (MSA)

Develop competencies that are required to identify and conduct relevant Measurement System Analysis (MSA). This concentrates on steps that include setting up a data collection plan, statistical analysis, and results interpretation. The goal is to mould participants to be proficient in assessing Measurement System for improvement.

Design of Experiment (DoE)

Develop competencies that are required to conduct and analyse relevant DoE results. This concentrates on steps which include a strategy for experiment matrix design, statistical analysis, results interpretation and conclusion. The goal is to produce highly skilful personnel in planning and conducting DoE analysis for process and design quality improvement.
