KUCHING, Sept 5 (Bernama) — The Malaysian Institute of Microelectronic Systems (Mimos) will collaborate with the state government through the Sarawak National Youth Organisation (Saberkas) as strategic partners, to host developed technologies, especially in the modern agricultural sector.
State housing and tourism minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg said an area in Palo, Samarahan had been identified for the project to develop a solution for peat soil problem, which would be complimented by inputs from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas) and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Sarawak.
